RECIPE OF THE MONTH GALETTE DES ROIS

Galette des Rois is a cake made for, La Fête des Rois, which takes place on 6 January, the 12th day of Christmas, for the celebration of Epiphany.  Traditionally a little figurine is hidden in the almond cream; whoever finds it becomes the King or Queen for the day, and everyone else must obey their every wish!

We’ll be back in France just in time to enjoy this festive fun & the delicious pastry & almond Galette des Rois cake. We can’t recommend it enough!
