At the moment there’s a glut of fabulous French tomatoes in the market as well as garlic, plated and bunched, so this is the perfect dish to serve with a fresh salad, a baguette or tiny new potatoes for a delicious summer lunch…

This is a super easy recipe given to me by my beloved friend Monica who explained that you can play around with quantities as it rather depends on the size of tarte you wish to serve!
