RECIPE OF THE MONTH COQ AU RIESLING

There are various versions of this delicious dish, I have a lovely French friend who goes to enormous trouble when we dine with her using a delicious (but rather complicated!) traditional recipe - this is a far easier but just as delicious variation using chicken breast rather than a whole chicken, which also makes it easy if you just want to create a delicious meal à deux!
