RECIPE OF THE MONTH - CRÊPES
In the past month we’ve to tried ‘flambé’ them, savory-stuff them and even cover them with melted French chocolate and chopped banana…all quite delicious, but frankly we’ve decided that nothing is really better than the real thing if using the best butter, organic local honey or homemade jam (feeling French we’d suggest Apricot) and best of all a squeeze of lemon plucked from our tree!
