RECIPE OF THE MONTH QUICHE LORRAINE

One of our very favourite meals - be it in the height of summer accompanied by a salad, or warmed in the Aga when the autumn wind turns chilly - what's more delicious than a delicious slice of Quiche Lorraine! I'm going to admit that we cheat when in France, buying it at our local Boulangerie ... but back in Suffolk I love this easy peasy recipe, given by a dear French friend - it's the real deal! Enjoy and do let us know how you get on...
