RECIPE OF THE MONTH - THE CROWN’S CRÈME CARAMELS

I’m a bit of a cheese fan - ‘Fromage is usually my ‘end of meal’ choice when dinning out - but there’s one pudding I simply can’t resist & that’s Crème Caramel! Whether in France or UK I doubt it’s possible to find a more delicious example of this ‘dish of kings’ than at the wonderful Bildeston Crown who so kindly support us throughout our Fête weeks xx
