Four Jacques Adnet style French garden chairs

This set of four, mid-century, Jacques Adnet style garden chairs are stylish, comfortable and beautifully made. Dating from the early 1950s, these fer forgé chairs boast an angular design to the seat and back which is softened by the curve to the seat base and insertion of round metal spacers to join the frame and seat back. Standing on square footings, the set has developed a wonderful patina over the years and the cream and sage green paintwork has worn beautifully. A truly magnificent set.
